    Rye malt lends a spicy character with a supporting cast of Munich and caramel malts for balance and body. A short mash at a high temperature provides body for this low alcohol ale. American ale yeast. (1.8% ABV, IBU 23.2)

    Two row barley, wheat, and Vienna malts.  Late addition of Krush and McKenzie hops. Galaxy dry hops with Galaxy Abstrax extract.  American ale yeast. (6.6% ABV, 65IBU).

    An oatmeal stout in honor of professional golfer and greenskeeper Old Jon Meek. British Maris Otter and Baird’s roasted barley yield a rich coffee flavor with with flaked oats providing a creamy mouthfeel . Nottingham ale yeast and East Kent Goldings hops. (4.4% ABV, 33.7 IBU)
